Group Rates   GUINNESS STOREHOUSE® offers discounted group rates for pre booked groups of 15 or more. Rates offered are based directly on business volume. To request further information, please contact fiona.herald@diageo.com   Voucher Scheme   Participation in the GUINNESS STOREHOUSE® voucher scheme is only available where an agent conforms to certain criteria. Consolidated business volumes must be over 100 visitors in the previous calendar year as tracked by GUINNESS STOREHOUSE®. Vouchers and therefore credit arrangements will only be accepted from Tour Operators and Group Organisers set up via a contract. Scheme members may use a pre agreed voucher for admission on arrival. Account holders with less than 100 visitors per year will have account facilities withdrawn. Management decision is final. To check if your company qualifies for our voucher scheme or to ensure business is tracked, please apply by emailing fiona.herald@diageo.com.   Methods of Payment   If your company is not part of the GUINNESS STOREHOUSE® voucher scheme, payment can be made either by cash on arrival or if you prefer you can also pay by cheque or by credit card. This payment can be made directly at our Tour Desk located on the ground floor of GUINNESS STOREHOUSE® or at time of booking.   Free Places Policy   For pre booked Groups, GUINNESS STOREHOUSE® offers free admission for a group organiser / tour manager subject to a minimum of 15 paying visitors. One free group place for groups of 15 plus (ie 16th person is free of charge)   Child Policy   Children under 6 years are free of charge. Tickets for children aged between 6 and 12 years are €5. Note: GUINNESS STOREHOUSE®  does not offer net child rates. Please remember that children must be supervised at all times whilst at GUINNESS STOREHOUSE®. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult, aged 18 years or over whilst visiting GUINNESS STOREHOUSE®. Children under the age of 18 are permitted to visit GUINNESS STOREHOUSE® where alcoholic beverages will be available but they will not be served alcohol.   Pre Booking   Booking is recommended for groups, language schools and coach visits. Where no advance booking is made, GUINNESS STOREHOUSE® cannot guarantee that a guide will be available at that particular time. One weeks notice is required to organise a tour guide in a foreign language.   Late Arrivals   Group organiser will inform Guinness if it will be unable to keep to the time confirmed or if the group will be more than 15 minutes late arriving at GUINNESS STOREHOUSE®. Further, while GUINNESS STOREHOUSE® will do its best to accommodate a group that arrives late or early, GUINNESS STOREHOUSE® cannot be held responsible for any curtailing of the visit or for any dispute or issue arising from the late or early arrival of the group.   No-shows and Cancellations   Any advance booking made for a group of 15 or more is binding on the Tour Operator to the extent that the following cancellation / no-show charges will be applied: Cancellation more than 24 hours before arrival: complete refund Cancellation on day of planned arrival or a no-show: 50% charged.
